Lymph Drainage Therapy Guest Lecturer
Kerry is a manual therapist and Board Certified Acupuncture
Physician.
A comprehensive background in manual therapy includes: Maitland,
Kaltenborn, Cyriax, McKenzie, Norwegian Approach, and Osteopathy
(including Muscle Energy, Strain & Counter-strain, Myofascial
Release, Craniosacral Therapy / Cranial Osteopathy, and Visceral
Manipulation)
Kerry also has a background in Applied Kinesiology, Orthotics,
Muscle Imbalance and various exercise and movement therapies.
Kerry has studied with and assisted Bruno Chickly, developer
of Lymph Drainage Therapy. He has also studied Vodder and
Leduc Methods of Lymphatic Drainage.
Kerry lectures internationally in manual and exercise therapies
and is President of Therapeutic Systems Incorporated. He is
a certified instructor recognised by the International Alliance
of Healthcare Educators (IAHE). He was the Director of Manual
Therapy at the Upledger Institute, on faculty with Northwest
Seminars, Dialogues in Contemporary Rehab and the Academy
of Chinese Healing Arts (Chinese Medical College).
Kerry is author of Positional Release Therapy published
by Mosby and has written numerous articles in Physical and
Occupational Therapy Journals.
He currently operates a private practice in Sarasota, Florida.
